Mandarin Fried Prawns
Prawns cooked in rice wine/sherry, soya sauce and other ingredients

- 200 g Prawns peeled
- ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Rice wine
- ½ tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp Corn flour
- ¼ tsp White pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Spring onion finley chopped
- ½ tbsp Butter
- Salt As reqd
- For preparing chinese prawns, dust the prawns with cornflour and keep aside. 
- Melt butter in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste and spring onion. 
- Add the prawns and fry in low flame for 2 minutes. 
- Now add rice wine and cook for a minute. 
- Add soya sauce and tomato sauce and boil in high flame for 30 seconds. 
- Turn off the fire and sprinkle the white pepper powder. 
- Garnish with chopped onion, celery or finely chopped capsicum.
