  • For preparing chinese prawns, dust the prawns with cornflour and keep aside.
  • Melt butter in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste and spring onion.
  • Add the prawns and fry in low flame for 2 minutes.
  • Now add rice wine and cook for a minute.
  • Add soya sauce and tomato sauce and boil in high flame for 30 seconds.
  • Turn off the fire and sprinkle the white pepper powder.
  • Garnish with chopped onion, celery or finely chopped capsicum.
