- 1 Handful Muringayila leaves Drumstick leaves
- 3 Nos. Shallots
- 1 No. Dried red chilly
- 1 No. Green chilly
- 1/2 Cup Grated coconut
- 1 Small piece Tamarind Soaked in 3 tbsp hot water
- 1 Tsp Coconut oil
- As reqd Salt
Heat oil in a pan and add shallots, green chilly and dried red chilly. Saute for 1 minute.
Add washed and drained muringayila leaves. Saute for 1 minute.
Then add grated coconut.
Add tamarind water, combine well and remove from the flame.
When it is completely cooled, transfer into a mixer grinder jar.
Grind into a coarse paste.
Serve along with steamed rice.
