Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add shallots, green chilly and dried red chilly. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Add washed and drained muringayila leaves. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add grated coconut.
  • Add tamarind water, combine well and remove from the flame.
  • When it is completely cooled, transfer into a mixer grinder jar.
  • Grind into a coarse paste.
  • Serve along with steamed rice.
