Nadan Thenga Chammanthi
It is a nice chutney for idly and dosa. It is very hard to imagine dosa and idly being served without coconut chutney.

- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- 1 Onion
- 4 Green chilly
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 Red chilli
- 5 Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
Grind onion, coconut grated, green chilli and ginger in a mixer.
Heat oil in a kadai, add mustards when it splutters add red chilli and curry leaves. sauté for a minute.
Add grounded coconut mix to the kadai ,add chilli powder to this and salt for a minute.
Add salt and mix all well. cook for 2 minutes.
Now nadan thenga chammanthi is ready to serve for idly and dosa.
