boil the thoor dal by adding water, turmeric powder, garlic, tomato,castrol oil and salt
once it get boiled, smash the thoor dal by beeter
chop the onion, tomato, red chili and white pumpkin
heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, and broken urad dal
add curry leaves and small onion and saute it until it turn into brown
add tomato, red chili, green chili and asafoetida and mix well
add chopped white pumpkin and mix well
add crystal salt and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
add sambhar powder and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
add required water and allow to cook for 5 mins
now add tamarind water and allow to cook until the sambhar gets thick
garnish with coriander leaves now white pumpkin sambhar is ready
