- Thoor Dal 100 g -
- small onion 25 no. -
- Tomato 2 no. -
- red chili 2 no. -
- white pumpkin 1 cup -
- Sambhar powder : 3 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Garlic 5 no. -
- crystal salt to taste -
- oil 5 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1 tsp -
- tamarind water 1/2 cup -
- castor oil 2 tsp -
- asafoetida 1 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -
- curry leaves 10 no. -

Instructions
- once it get boiled, smash the thoor dal by beeter
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, and broken urad dal
- add curry leaves and small onion and saute it until it turn into brown
- add tomato, red chili, green chili and asafoetida and mix well
- add chopped white pumpkin and mix well
- add crystal salt and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
- add sambhar powder and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
- add required water and allow to cook for 5 mins
- garnish with coriander leaves now white pumpkin sambhar is ready
