peel and chop the onion
 prepare thick tamarind paste or water
 fry the fenugreek seed in the pan without oil until it turn into golden brown
 fry the cuminseed in the same pan with out oil until it turn into brown
 fry the coriander seed until it get colour change
 mix all fenugreek seed, cumin seed and coriander seed and make as a powder by grinding it
 in a kadai heat the oil and temper the  mustard,little cumin seed and fenugreek seed
 add chopped onion and fry it until it turn into golden brown
 add tamarind paste and mix well and allow to cook until the onion get cook well for 15 mins
 add salt and red chili powder and mix well
 allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame
 add that masala powder which we prepared early and mix well
 allow to cook until onion get thick consistency as a pickle
 now here is the easy and instant onion pickle
