Paal Kozhukkatta With Sugar
Paal kozhukkatta is my husband's favourite dessert made with rice flour and coconut milk.Its a super delicious dessert which is cooked in thick coconut milk and its very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice flour
- 1 grated Coconut
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Cardamom
- 2 pinch Salt
- Water as required
Instructions
- Take a bowl add rice flour ,salt and water to make a dough..
- Make small gooseberry size balls and make a press on it.steam cook it for 20-25 minutes.
- Take all the ingredients for paal kozhukkatta.
- Grind the coconut with 1/4 cup water and strain it to get thick coconut milk.
- Boil the coconut milk with sugar and crushed cardamom.
- When it start boil,add steamed rice coins.
- Cook till it becomes thick.
- Now tasty paal kozhukkatta is ready.
