- For preparing pad thai recipe, first chop finely the cleaned and drained radish. 
- Add some sugar and mix well to sweeten chopped radish. 
- Soak rice stick noodles in 4 tbsp warm water for 15 minutes. 
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add beaten eggs and scramble it quickly into small pieces. Remove scrambled eggs from pan and keep aside. 
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the same pan. Stir in shrimps and cook in low heat until done. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a vessel and keep aside. 
- In the remaining oil, saute shallots, radish, tofu and fry until aromatic. 
- Stir in soaked noodles followed with water. Stir fry for 5 minutes in medium heat until the noodles tend to become soft. 
- Add 1/2 cup pad thai sauce and mix gently. 
- Stir in scrambled eggs, cooked shrimps, chives and bean sprouts. 
- .Stir well for another 3 minutes until everything blends well. 
- Remove pad thai from fire and transfer the contents to a serving plate. Garnish with roasted peanuts, fresh lime slices and some bean sprouts.
