Paleo Diet Tawa Grill Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Chicken 250 gm
  • 2 tbsp Thick curd
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Tandoori masala
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken and wipe the water
  • In a bowl add curd ginger garlic paste and red chilli
  • Now add other ingredients mix well with one tsp ghee
  • Apply that masala with chicken
  • Now refrigerated for 2 hours i kept over night and one after noon
  • Now heat pan or Tawa with ghee
  • Place the chicken and cover with lid cook for 5 mins in high flame
  • Now turn to other side and close lid with 5 more mins
  • Now turn flame to low Cook even both side
  • Now Tawa Grill Chicken ready to carve with cucumber.
