This is one of paleo diet recipe which i used to eat. Very simple and healthy too. We can do this with Tawa ir can do in fry pan to. Have to close kuda and cook for few mins. Ghee aroma full with chicken. This is very simple steps to do .

Ingredients
- Chicken( 250 gm ) - 2 pieces
- Thick curd - 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tandoori masala - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt : as per taste -
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice : 1 tsp -
- Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp -

Instructions
- Wash the chicken and wipe the water
- Now add other ingredients mix well with one tsp ghee
- Apply that masala with chicken
- Now refrigerated for 2 hours i kept over night and one after noon
- Now heat pan or Tawa with ghee
- Place the chicken and cover with lid cook for 5 mins in high flame
- Now turn to other side and close lid with 5 more mins
- Now turn flame to low Cook even both side
- Now Tawa Grill Chicken ready to carve with cucumber.
