Paneer Rolls
Paneer Rolls are crispy, flavorful, and protein-rich paneer snacks made with paneer, coriander, cheese, and spices.

- 200 g Paneer
 - 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
 - 1 Slice Cheese
 - 1 Bread or bun dipped in water and squeezed
 - 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
 - Salt As reqd
 
 
Keep all the ingredients except oil in a plate.
 Take a bun dipped in water and squeezed and keep it in a plate.
 Add cheese slice, coriander leaves, grated paneer and salt to this plate.
 Mix all together.
 Make elongated balls.
 Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
