Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Red capsicum choppeĺd
  • ½ Cup Green capsicum chopped
  • ½ Cup Yellow capsicum chopped
  • ½ Cup Cucumber chopped
  • ½ Cup Pomegranate
  • ½ Cup Apple chopped
  • ½ Cup Chinese cabbage chopped
  • ¼ Cup Paneer
  • ½ Tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take a large bowl and add green, yellow and red capsicum.
  • Add cucumber, pomegranate and apple.
  • Then add chopped Chinese cabbage.
  • Take a blender and add paneer, pepper powder and salt as required. Do a gentle crush.
  • Add it into the veggies.
  • Combine well and serve. (Refrigerate to serve cold)
