½ Cup Red capsicum choppeĺd ½ Cup Green capsicum chopped ½ Cup Yellow capsicum chopped ½ Cup Cucumber chopped ½ Cup Pomegranate ½ Cup Apple chopped ½ Cup Chinese cabbage chopped ¼ Cup Paneer ½ Tsp Pepper powder Salt As reqd
Take a large bowl and add green, yellow and red capsicum.
Add cucumber, pomegranate and apple.
Then add chopped Chinese cabbage.
Take a blender and add paneer, pepper powder and salt as required. Do a gentle crush.
Add it into the veggies.
Combine well and serve. (Refrigerate to serve cold)
