Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Mushroom
  • 1 Pack Paneer Cubes
  • 1 No. Capsicum
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1 Cup Tomato puree
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Capsicum Mushroom Paneer Gravy, first cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in oil to a golden brown color.
  • Chop onion and ginger and chop capsicum in cube size. Clean and cut mushrooms.
  • In a pan add oil and temper ginger and onions.
  • Now add mushroom and saute for few mins.
  • Now add all powder in table, tomato puree and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add capsicum and allow to boil for 10 mins and add water too.
  • Then add paneer cubes and cook for 5 mins and turn off.
  • Now the Paneer With Mushroom Gravy is ready.
