Pineapple Fry | Sweet and Spicy Pineapple
Pineapple Fry a Kerala-style snack made with pineapple slices fried in red chilli and sugar. Crispy, tangy, and full of tropical flavour.

- 1 No. Pineapple
- 1 Tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Salt As reqd
Remove the skin and cut pineapple into small sized pieces.
In a plate or bowl, add kashmiri chilli powder, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Coat the pineapple pieces in the masala mixture.
keep aside for 5 minutes.
Heat butter in a pan. Once butter is melted, add the pineapple pieces in a single layer and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip and cook the other side too.
Serve and enjoy..
