Prawn-Jhinga Kabab
Marinated prawns/jhinga are threaded onto skewers and grilled

- 6 nos Prawns cleaned and deveined, fresh
- 1/4 tsp Paprika powdered capsicum
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 no Green Chillies remove seeds and chop finely
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 3 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Lemon slice to garnish
First thread the prawns onto skewers and set aside.
Prepare a marinade of vegetable oil, paprika, turmeric, garlic, green chilly, cumin powder and lime juice.
Keep the marinade for 40 minutes.
Heat pan and pour oil. Place the prawns on the pan.
Cook the prawn kabab for 5 minutes, turning occasionally with marinade.
An easy and yummy starter dish, is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon slices and serve hot.
