Base Gravy Restaurant Style For Mushroom Masala With Video

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pack Mushroom
  • 1 no, each Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom Each
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves

For Base gravy masala

  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • 3 Nos. Onions
  • 3 Nos. Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 5 Nos. Cashew nut
  • 1 Tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seed

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add ghee and temper cumin seeds.
  • Now add onion, ginger, garlic and saute well.
  • Now add tomatoes and saute till it blends well and add cashew nuts.
  • Now add all spices powder mentioned above and mix gently. Turn off heat and allow to cool.
  • Now grind to a fine paste. Keep this aside.
  • Now in the other pan add ghee and temper cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
  • Add chopped mushroom and saute well.
  • Add ground paste, mix well and add some more salt if required.
  • Now close lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Now it's almost done, add chopped coriander leaves and turn off.
