In a pan add ghee and temper cumin seeds.
Now add onion, ginger, garlic and saute well.
Now add tomatoes and saute till it blends well and add cashew nuts.
Now add all spices powder mentioned above and mix gently. Turn off heat and allow to cool.
Now grind to a fine paste. Keep this aside.
Now in the other pan add ghee and temper cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
Add chopped mushroom and saute well.
Add ground paste, mix well and add some more salt if required.
Now close lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Now it's almost done, add chopped coriander leaves and turn off.
