prepare wheat dough from, wheat,salt and water
chop the cauliflower, onion and capsicum, green chili and garlic
heat the oil in the pan, saute the garlic and onion for 3 mins
add green chili and capsicum and mix well
add cauliflower and mix it
add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, punjabi garam masala. and coriander powder and mix it
allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked
now add mashed aloo and coriander leaves and mix it, now stuffing is ready
take two balls from dough, roll it seperately
stuff the aloo gobi masala
cover with other wheat dough roll
press all the corner and again roll it in thick
heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
now daba style aloo gobi paratha is ready to serve
