In pan dry roast coriander seed, fenugreek, jeera,dry chili and coconut and allow to cool. Boil beetroot and keep aside .
Coarsely grind the coconut mixture
Now add boiled beet root and grind thick paste
In mean time extract the tamarind water and add salt bring to boil raw smell goes
Now add beetroot paste and boil for 5 mins
Now add little jaggery and stir it
Now add rasam powder and turmeric and
Now temper oil with mustard, asafeotida, curry leaves, dry chili,chopped garlic and turn off
Now its ready to serve Beetroot rasam .
