Instructions
- Coarsely grind the coconut mixture
- Now add boiled beet root and grind thick paste
- Now add beetroot paste and boil for 5 mins
- Now add little jaggery and stir it
- Now add rasam powder and turmeric and
- Now temper oil with mustard, asafeotida, curry leaves, dry chili,chopped garlic and turn off
- Now its ready to serve Beetroot rasam .
