Sago Vada
this is famous recipe in Mumbai. its very taste and soft  and crispy . very good snack at tea time.

- 1 cup Pearl sago
- 2 Potato
- 2 Green chili
- 1 inch Ginger
- Coriander small
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- sooji -1/4 cup, rava
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
- Soak pearl sago with curd 2 hours and add little salt 
- Grind green chili, ginger, coriander leaves 
- Boil potato and mash it and add sago and also add grind paste 
- Add rice and sooji(rava) and salt mix it well 
- Make ball and shape like vada  keep aside 
- Heat oil and deep fry the vada and drain 
- Now its ready to serve. serve with tomato ketchup
