Vinegar : 1 tsp

Ajinomoto : a pinch
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Soak the red chillies and peeled garlic in a pan with hot water for 30 minutes.
Bring the red chilies and garlic to a boil and cool.
Discard the water and grind to a fine paste. Use a little water if required for grinding.
Heat oil in a pan and add the minced garlic, ginger, onion, green chilies and celery and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add the red chilli and garlic paste and cook on a low flame for 5 - 7 minutes.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt and ajinomoto and cook for a few minutes till the sauce thickens.
