Shawarma Pola

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Nos. Egg
  • 1 Cup Sunflower oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Cup maida
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Piece Capsicum Chopped
  • 1/2 Piece Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot Chopped
  • Green chilly
  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage Chopped
  • 250 g Chicken
  • 1 Tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the batter take a blender and add eggs, garlic, vinegar, salt and sunflower oil.
  • Blend for few minutes till it becomes thick.
  • Now add maida and milk, the batter should not be very loose or very thick.
  • Now make the shawarma filling. Marinate the chicken by adding 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required.
  • Fry it.
  • Cut all the veggies and keep it ready with fried chicken.
  • Take a bowl and add all the veggies, fried chicken along with some salt and pepper powder.
  • Combine well. Filling for shawarma cake is ready.
  • Heat oil in a pan. you can also use a saucepan. Pour half of the maida batter to the pan and level it with a spoon.
  • Spread the filling over it.
  • Pour the remaining batter over the filling.
  • Cover with a lid, place it on a lowest flame for 20-30 minutes or until done.
  • After 30 minutes, check with a knife, then flip it and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve it as as super tasty evening snack along with a cup of tea.
