For preparing the batter take a blender and add eggs, garlic, vinegar, salt and sunflower oil.
Blend for few minutes till it becomes thick.
Now add maida and milk, the batter should not be very loose or very thick.
Now make the shawarma filling. Marinate the chicken by adding 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required.
Fry it.
Cut all the veggies and keep it ready with fried chicken.
Take a bowl and add all the veggies, fried chicken along with some salt and pepper powder.
Combine well. Filling for shawarma cake is ready.
Heat oil in a pan. you can also use a saucepan. Pour half of the maida batter to the pan and level it with a spoon.
Spread the filling over it.
Pour the remaining batter over the filling.
Cover with a lid, place it on a lowest flame for 20-30 minutes or until done.
After 30 minutes, check with a knife, then flip it and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve it as as super tasty evening snack along with a cup of tea.
