clean and wash the chicken
 in kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves
 add chopped onion and saute it until it turn into brown
 add chopped tomato and mix well
 add coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well
 add ginger garlic paste and mix well
 add onion paste and mix well and allow for 5 minutes until the raw smell goes out
 add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, black pepper and salt and mix well
 add chicken, mix well
 allow to cook in medium flame for 10 minutes
 add coconut paste and mix well
 add required water and allow to boil it until the chicken get cooked well and it becomes in gravy consistency
 naattu kozhi chicken gravy is ready. serve with hot rice
