garlic

red chilly powder

turmeric powder
oil (for deep frying)
Instructions
cut chicken in to small pieces
make ginger garlic and green chilly as a paste
mix all the ingredients with chicken
then deep fry it using oil
wipe off excess oil.
transfer to serving dish.
Notes
if we keep the chicken for an hour or more after applying all the masalas and kept in fridge it will be more tasty and crispy.
