  • cut chicken in to small pieces
  • make ginger garlic and green chilly as a paste
  • mix all the ingredients with chicken
  • then deep fry it using oil
  • wipe off excess oil.
  • transfer to serving dish.


if we keep the chicken for an hour or more after applying all the masalas and kept in fridge it will be more tasty and crispy.
