1/2 kg chicken1" piece ginger6 cloves garlic3 nos green chilly1 table cornflour2 tsp red chilly powder1/2 tsp turmeric powderoil (for deep frying) cut chicken in to small piecesmake ginger garlic and green chilly as a pastemix all the ingredients with chickenthen deep fry it using oilwipe off excess oil.transfer to serving dish. if we keep the chicken for an hour or more after applying all the masalas and kept in fridge it will be more tasty and crispy.
