Cook toor dal,tomato,brinjal.Onion,turmeric powder and oil in a cooker for 2 minutes in a cooker ie ,4 whistle.
 Add tamarind paste and boil for 2 minutes.
 Add chilli powder and salt and boil for 2 minutes.
 Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.When mustard splutters add fenu greek seeds,red chilly and curry leaf ,saute for a minute.
 Add coriander powder ,chilli powder and asafoetida to this tempering ,saute for a minute.
 Add this mix to curry and boil for 2 minutes.
 Add coriander leaves to this and mix all together.
 Now easy sambar is ready.
