Instructions
- Add tamarind paste and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder and salt and boil for 2 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.When mustard splutters add fenu greek seeds,red chilly and curry leaf ,saute for a minute.
- Add coriander powder ,chilli powder and asafoetida to this tempering ,saute for a minute.
- Add this mix to curry and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves to this and mix all together.
- Now easy sambar is ready.
