Spicy Garlic Prawn
Garlic prawn is prepared by cooking prawns in chicken stock, minced garlic and other ingredients

- 150 g Prawns uncooked, medium sized
- 1/2 cup Chicken stock
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp Mustard ground
- pepper powder As reqd
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- Salt As reqd
- For preparing spicy garlic prawn, first heat butter in a saucepan and add minced garlic. 
- Stir in maida and mix well to combine. Remove pan from fire. 
- Gradually add chicken stock and mix well. 
- Return the saucepan back to low heat and stir till sauce starts to boil and thicken. 
- Stir in ground mustard, pepper and required salt. 
- Add prawns and cook for 5 minutes in low heat until prawns are done.Add oyster sauce. Take care that the sauce is not too thick. 
- Spicy garlic prawn, a tasty, yummy prawns recipe is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
