Thakkali Chemmeen Vattichathu
Chemmen Vattichathu with Irumban puli, a nice recipe with prawns

- 3 nos Tomato sliced and unseeded
- 1 no Onion sliced
- 5 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 cup Prawn cooked with salt and pepper
- 6 nos Bilimbi Irumban puli
- 1/2 of Coconut
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 4 nos Shallots Kunjulli
- Salt As reqd
- Tamarind As reqd
- For preparing thakkali chemmeen vattichathu, grind the ingredients: coconut, turmeric, chilly powder and shallots. 
- Boil this paste with the ingredients tomato, onion, green chillies, prawn and irumban puli. 
- Add the rest ingredients when the tomato is cooked. Heat in low flame for 15 min. 
- Add the coconut oil on top, twist the dish and take it from flame. 
- Serve hot.
