Mango : 2 (peeled off)
Chilli : 2 nos
Yogurt : 2 cup
Chilli powder : as needed
Salt : as needed
Turmeric powder : as needed
Mustard
as needed
Uluva
as needed
Vattal mulak
as needed
Salt
as needed
For grinding:
Coconut : 1 cup
Jeerakam : 1 tsp
Curry leaves : 3 leaves
Instructions
Cut mango into small pieces.
Take a utensil & pour some water. Add chopped mangoes,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt & chilli. Boil the mixture.
When that mixture is half boiled add grinded mixture to it. When it is boiled add yogurt.
Take a pan. Pour some oil. Add mustard,uluva and vattal mulak, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix and heat them.
Add this to the utensil, heat all the mixture for a while.
Mampazha pulisseri is ready.
