Ingredients
- Mango : 2 (peeled off) -
- Chilli : 2 nos -
- Yogurt : 2 cup -
- Chilli powder : as needed -
- Salt as needed -
- Turmeric powder : as needed -
- Mustard(as needed) -
- uluva(as needed) -
- Vattal mulak(as needed) -
- Salt(as needed) -
For grinding:
- Coconut : 1 cup -
- Jeerakam : 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves : 3 leaves -

Instructions
- Cut mango into small pieces.
- Take a utensil & pour some water. Add chopped mangoes,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt & chilli. Boil the mixture.
- When that mixture is half boiled add grinded mixture to it. When it is boiled add yogurt.
- Take a pan. Pour some oil. Add mustard,uluva and vattal mulak, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix and heat them.
- Add this to the utensil, heat all the mixture for a while.
- Mampazha pulisseri is ready.
