Uppu Adai Karadaiyam Nombu 
This is very simple recipe . Very simple ingredients are used in our home. Uppu adai is used by rice flour and black eyed bean  this is also one of the special neivediyam      of karadaiyam Nombu.

1  cup  Rice flour 1/4  cup  Black eyed bean 2  Coconut slice 1  string  Curry leaves Salt  as per taste 1  pinch  Hing / asafoetida 2  tsp  Oil 1  tsp  Mustard and urad dal In pan add oil and temper mustard and urad dal
 Now add asafoetida and curry leaves
 Now add both coconut slice and boiled black eyed bean
 Now add salt and mix well
 Now add water 2 cups bring to boil
 Now add rice flour and mix well
 When it cooks 3/4 th and drained water turn off and allow to cool
 Now shape ball and flat and make small hole an keep aside
 Now steam for ten minutes. And serve with butter.
 Now it's uppu adai ready for neivediyam. It's divine
