Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup Black eyed bean
  • 2 Coconut slice
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch Hing / asafoetida
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard and urad dal

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and temper mustard and urad dal
