Pressure cook the Chickpea by adding turmeric powder, salt and curry leaves with required water.
Cook the yam and raw plantain by adding turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Heat a pan and splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and cumin seeds.Then add grated coconut and few curry leaves.
Saute till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Add the cooked veggies into cooked chickpeas.
Grind half of the roasted coconut and pour it into the curry. Mix well and bring it to boil.
Finally add the remaining roasted coconut and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and roast coconut pieces till golden brown in colour. Finally, add some curry leaves and turn off the flame.
Add it into the curry.
