Pollachi Spinach(Keerai) Kootu

Pollachi Sweet and Spicy curry for lunch and Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 4 bunch Keerai chopped, Spinach
  • 1 tumbler Yellow lentils Marinate for 30 mins before cooking
  • 4 nos Spring onions chopped
  • 4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 4 tumbler Water
  • Annapoorna or Sakthi or Everest
  • 4 tbsp Curry Masala Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker.
  • Cook for half an hour.
  • :- Serve it with rice or Chappathi.
