Ingredients
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Italian diced tomato - 1/2 tin
- Spinach(chopped-wash it and cook in microwave its need shrink for) - 1 Bunch
- Spring onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 5 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Sakthi masala(briyani powder) - 1 tbsp
- Water - 500 ml
- Toor dal(needs to be marinated overnight) - 1 tumbler

Instructions
- Cook the Toor dal in a presure cooker.
- Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan high heat and add poppy seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and fry it till it gets cooked.
- Add chopped spring onions and cook well till it gets brown in colour.
- Add biriyani powder and 1 glass of water and cook it.
- Finally garnish with Coriander leaves.
- :- Serve naan or kulcha or rice or Roti!!!
