Arabic Tomato Chutney | Mandi Sauce | Mandi Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Nos. Tomato
  • 2 Nos. Green chilly
  • 1 Tsp Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Boil tomato and green chilly for 2 minutes. Then remove the skin of the tomatoes. This process is only for removing the skin of the tomato and you can skip this stage if you don't want to remove it.
  • Add peeled tomato, green chilly, lemon juice and salt into a jar. Blend it for 4-5 seconds.
  • Add coriander leaves and blend it again for 3-4 seconds. Do not over blend because we need a coarse paste.
  • Serve with rice dishes. Enjoy!
