Chop the cleaned chicken pieces into small pieces and take it in a bowl.
Add salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp chilly powder. Mix well and keep aside for a few minutes.
Fry the chicken in hot oil and shred into small bits.
Next, in the same oil used for frying chicken, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add chopped onion and stir well in medium flame.
Add green chillies, curry leaves, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilly powder and stir well.
Add shredded chicken and coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from flame. Keep this aside.
