In a vessel mix gram flour ,turmeric powder and chili powder.
Add water and knead into a smooth dough by adding water little by little.
Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Fill this dough in idiyappam mould.
then press the dough to hot oil in circular motion.
Fry for 2 minutes until it gets golden colour.
Taken this from oil and keep aside.
In another vessel mix gram flour,salt and water to make a batter.
Add this batter through holes of strainer.Fry this and keep aside.
In a vessel first break sev into small pieces,add fried boondi to this.keep aside.
Then fry ground nut.
Fry split channa dal also
Then add this fried split channa dal and ground nut to boondi mix.
Heat oil in another kadai add garlic pods ,curry leaves and redchilies saute for a minute.
Add this to boondi mix.
Add little chilli powder,salt and asafoetida to this mix and combine well.
