- In a vessel mix gram flour ,turmeric powder and chili powder. 
- Add water and knead into a smooth dough by adding water little by little. 
- Keep it aside. 
- Heat oil in a kadai. 
- Fill this dough in idiyappam mould. 
- then press the dough to hot oil in circular motion. 
- Fry for 2 minutes until it gets golden colour. 
- Taken this from oil and keep aside. 
- In another vessel mix gram flour,salt and water to make a batter. 
- Add this batter through holes of strainer.Fry this and keep aside. 
- In a vessel first break sev into small pieces,add fried boondi to this.keep aside. 
- Then fry ground nut. 
- Fry split channa dal also 
- Then add this fried split channa dal and ground nut to boondi mix. 
- Heat oil in another  kadai  add garlic pods ,curry leaves and redchilies saute for a minute. 
- Add this to boondi mix. 
- Add little chilli powder,salt and asafoetida to this mix and combine well.
