Instructions
For preparing the delicious crunchy dish, first peel and chop the aloo in finger sizes.
In a bowl add aloo, rice flour, maida, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste and red colour powder.
Mix well by adding very little water.
Heat the oil and fry the aloo fingers.
The tasty dish is ready.
