- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Mango powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -

Instructions
- For preparing aloo fry, first cut potatoes in length.
- Half cook the potatoes with salt.
- Mix together chilly flakes, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander leaves, chilly flakes and salt.
- Toss them well in a bowl. Stir in cooked potatoes and mix well.
- Drizzle little oil and bake them in oven.
- Or fry it in oil. Aloo fry is ready.
