Butter Garlic Egg | Egg in Butter Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  

For scrambling egg

  • 1 No. Egg
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt As reqd

For Preparing White Sauce:

  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 5 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chilly flakes
  • Few Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • At first we have to prepare the scrambled egg. For that heat butter in a pan, add one egg, pinch of salt, pepper powder and chilly flakes.
  • Scramble it for few seconds. Make sure not to over cook the eggs as there is one more cooking step left. Keep them aside once done.
  • In the same pan heat butter. Add in the minced garlic, saute for few seconds or till the garlic turns to light brown in color.
  • Now add maida and saute for 15 seconds.
  • Pour milk and mix until there are no lumps.
  • When it starts to boil, add chilly flakes, pepper powder and little salt. Mix well.
  • Add prepared scrambled egg and combine well.
  • Finally add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
  • Serve immediately along with bread, roti, chapathi etc..
