At first we have to prepare the scrambled egg. For that heat butter in a pan, add one egg, pinch of salt, pepper powder and chilly flakes.
Scramble it for few seconds. Make sure not to over cook the eggs as there is one more cooking step left. Keep them aside once done.
In the same pan heat butter. Add in the minced garlic, saute for few seconds or till the garlic turns to light brown in color.
Now add maida and saute for 15 seconds.
Pour milk and mix until there are no lumps.
When it starts to boil, add chilly flakes, pepper powder and little salt. Mix well.
Add prepared scrambled egg and combine well.
Finally add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
Serve immediately along with bread, roti, chapathi etc..
