Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion for 5 minutes.
Add tomato, green chilly, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, dry red chilly, curry leaves and saute for 4-5 minutes
When it is soft add garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and saute for 2 minutes.
Add thin coconut milk and bring it to boil.
Add egg pieces.
Add thick coconut milk and pepper powder and cook again for 2 minutes.
Egg masala curry with coconut milk is ready.
