Egg Masala With Coconut Milk | Coconut Milk Egg Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Nos. Eggs Boiled
  • 2 Nos. Onion Chopped
  • 1 No. Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic Chopped
  • Ginger Small pc(chopped)
  • 4 Nos. Green chilly Slit
  • 3 Nos. Dried red chilly Slit
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut milk (thin)
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut milk (thick)
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato, green chilly, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, dry red chilly, curry leaves and saute for 4-5 minutes
  • When it is soft add garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add thin coconut milk and bring it to boil.
  • Add egg pieces.
  • Add thick coconut milk and pepper powder and cook again for 2 minutes.
  • Egg masala curry with coconut milk is ready.
