Authentic Pepper Egg Roast – a spicy Nadan Mutta Pepper Roast with bold flavours and Kerala-style masala. Perfect with appam, chapati or rice.

- 5 nos Eggs
- 4 nos Onion Sliced thin
- 3 nos Green chilly(chopped)
- 2 nos Tomato
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Curry leaves few
- 2 tbsp Oil
- As reqd Salt
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, salt and saute till soft. Add green chilly, tomato, crushed garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears.
Add all masalas and saute till oil appears on top.
Add the hard boiled eggs and curry leaves and slowly combine. Cook for another five minutes over low flame and remove from the flame.
Egg Pepper Roast is ready.
