Instructions
Smash half of the cooked chana and keep aside.
Cook the chopped raw banana in enough water by adding salt and turmeric powder.
Mean time crush shallots and chilli flakes.
Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, crushed shallots and chilli flakes.
Saute the onions till they are light brown in colour.
Then add cooked chana and cooked kaya into it. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes and remove from the flame.
Tasty Kadala Kaya Mezhukku is ready now.
