Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Chinese potato/Koorka Cubed
  • 6 Nos. Shallots Crushed, Kunjulli
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 8 Nos. Dry red chillies Crushed
  • 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Peel the skin of koorka and cut into small pieces.
  • Cook with turmeric powder, salt and water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the cooked koorka and stir. Serve hot with rice.
