- 250 g Prawns
- 2 Tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 No. Egg
- 2 Tsp Corn flour
- Few Curry leaves
- 4 Tbsp Coconut oil
- As reqd Salt
Take a wide bowl and add all the ingredients for marinate except oil and prawns.
Mix it well. Keep this aside.
Clean and wash the prawns, cut like shown in the image and run a skewer or tooth pickle through its center.
Add the cleaned prawns into the prepared marinade.
Leave it to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a tawa and place prawns over it. Add some curry leaves too.
Fry for few minutes and flip over and cook.
Serve!
