Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Prawns
  • 2 Tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 No. Egg
  • 2 Tsp Corn flour
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 4 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a wide bowl and add all the ingredients for marinate except oil and prawns.
  • Mix it well. Keep this aside.
  • Clean and wash the prawns, cut like shown in the image and run a skewer or tooth pickle through its center.
  • Add the cleaned prawns into the prepared marinade.
  • Leave it to marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a tawa and place prawns over it. Add some curry leaves too.
  • Fry for few minutes and flip over and cook.
  • Serve!
